# Thrive Global Terms of Service

Welcome to Thrive! We’re excited to share our mission with you and for you to start taking Microsteps to improve your well-being and performance. This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Thrive Global Holdings, Inc. which sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of any website owned or controlled by Thrive, including the website located at [https://www.thriveglobal.com](https://www.thriveglobal.com/) (the “Site”) and any related mobile and other applications (the “Apps”).

By accessing or using the Services, you: (1) agree to be bound by this Agreement; (2) represent you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract; (3) represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement personally or on behalf of any company, organization, or other legal entity.

Please note that Section 12 of Part I of this Agreement requires the use of arbitration to resolve disputes.

## Part I

### 1. Registration

#### 1.1 Registering Your Account
In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to become a Registered User.

#### 1.2 Registration Data
When registering an Account, provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. You agree to monitor your Account to restrict its use by minors and unauthorized users.

### 2. Feedback
You acknowledge that any feedback you submit to Thrive is non-confidential, and you grant to Thrive the right to copy, display, distribute, and modify the feedback.

### 3. Ownership of the Services
Thrive and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for personal non-commercial purposes.

### 4. Restrictions on Use of Services
You shall not license, sell, transfer, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the Services or any portion of the Services.

### 5. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party services. Thrive is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of information shared by third-party services.

### 6. Promotions
Participation in promotions will be subject to separate terms and conditions made available by Thrive.

### 7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Thrive harmless from any losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

### 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand that your use of the Services is at your own risk and that Thrive provides the Services on an “as is” basis.

### 9. Limitation of Liability
Thrive is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or other damages arising out of your use of the Services.

### 10. Termination
Thrive reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement.

### 11. International Users
The Services can be accessed from countries around the world but may contain references to Services that are not available in your country.

### 12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall exclusively be settled through binding arbitration. You are giving up your right to go to court to assert or defend your rights.

## Part II

### 1. Mobile Services and Software
The Services include certain functionalities available via a mobile device. If you access the Services through a mobile device, standard charges from your carrier may apply.

### 2. App License
Thrive grants you a limited license to use the Apps for personal use to access the Services.

### 3. Third Party Distribution Channels
The Software may be available through third-party distribution channels. Additional terms may apply.

## Part III

### 1. Responsibility for Content
You are entirely responsible for the content you upload or make available through the Services. Thrive does not claim ownership of your content but reserves the right to monitor it.
